   • Prefabrication: All steel members (primary, secondary) are precision-cut, drilled, welded (where applicable), and often pre-painted in a controlled factory environment.

   • Simplified Erection: Components are designed for bolted connections. Erection is largely an assembly process using basic tools (wrenches, screw guns, cranes). Minimal on-site welding or wet trades.

   • Concurrent Activities: Foundation work can proceed while the steel is being fabricated. Sheeting and other components can be installed rapidly once the frame is up.
